1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vag77 website at vag77.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or otherwise using any feature of the vag77 platform, you signify your full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and vag77 (the platform operator). 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the vag77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law, and you take full personal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.

• You have not previously had a vag77 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3 Account Registration & Security

To place bets or access real-money games on vag77, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the vag77 platform. Operating multiple accounts (whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method) constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. vag77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity (such as a national ID card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address at any time, including but not limited to during the initial registration, prior to the first withdrawal, and when suspicious account activity is detected.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. vag77 strongly advises:

• Contacting vag77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

vag77 will not be held liable for any losses suffered by a player as a result of a third party gaining access to their account where such access was facilitated by the player's failure to observe reasonable security precautions. vag77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, pending investigation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the vag77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vag77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at vag77's sole discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfer methods. Deposits are credited to your vag77 account balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. vag77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vag77 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment account that is registered in your own name and that matches the identity information held on your vag77 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. vag77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: vag77 applies anti-money laundering (AML) standards to all transactions. Any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily explained or that shows characteristics consistent with money laundering or fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation. vag77 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by a player without prior notification to vag77 constitute a breach of these terms.
• vag77 reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred as a result of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback from the player's account balance.
• Players are responsible for any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings in their jurisdiction of residence.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vag77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General rules that apply to all vag77 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• vag77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any pending bonus, or reverse any winnings generated from a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been abused or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

vag77 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment instruments to fund an account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-format games.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including matched betting or arbitrage strategies designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the vag77 platform in a manner not permitted for human players.
• Money Laundering: Using the vag77 platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin, regardless of the deposit and withdrawal amounts involved.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the vag77 platform, its servers, game engines, or the accounts of other players.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward vag77 support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

vag77 employs monitoring systems designed to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, vag77 will take action proportionate to the severity of the breach. In serious cases, vag77 reserves the right to report conduct to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the vag77 platform — including but not limited to the vag77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of vag77 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vag77 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any vag77 content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on vag77 content.

8 Limitation of Liability

While vag77 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, data loss, or interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vag77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vag77 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Delays in processing withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers operating outside Bangladesh Standard Time.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit vag77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to vag77's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes not resolved through vag77's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant operating jurisdiction.
